Learning on a Thursday Oct 23rd.

Posted: October 23, 2008 in Cool Stuff just for you

I had a very full day today, oh, this is Rick, and it was really good.  I went to Olympia for a meeting with some other pastors and enjoyed our time in the word and prayer.  Then I drove home from Olympia and listened to the new Lincoln Brewster CD.  Man, it is AWESOME!  Got home and was able to visit with Paul who dropped by, and then got to go see some friends over in South Aberdeen.  Did a little grocery shopping, came home and went on a wonderful walk in the beautiful sunshine.  I took several pictures on my walk…. here you go.. then Amy and I will share what we learned today.

I had a few more, and if you want I’ll post them.  But let me know.  Otherwise I don’t want to bore you.

1.  (Amy)  It’s good to sleep in if you are feeling under the weather.  My throat hurts!

2.  (Rick)  My drive to Olympia was refreshing and uplifting.  I listened to Mark Chapters 1-4.

3.  (Amy)  That dreams are cool and prophetic at times.

4.  (Rick)  That a safe atmosphere in a group of people allows honest and open communication.

5.  (Amy)  It was refreshing to have Diana Simon come hang out with me today.

6.  (Rick)  Wendy’s makes a mean double stack.

7.  (Amy) That it was sweet that my husband brought me a soft roll and more honey home for dinner.

8.  (Rick)  That God’s creation is absolutely amazing and it’s right in front of our noses!

9.  (Amy)  That I really enjoy my ipod, especially when I’m not feeling well.

10.  (Rick)  I love my friends!

Ok there you go. Good night world!
